Where does Littlefashiongallery.com deliver?

Littlefashiongallery.com delivers worldwide. We are able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. We are also able to ship to many other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We will seek confirmation from you in all cases prior to dispatching a DDU shipment to make sure you are aware of the DDU policy. Littlefashiongallery.com does not ship to PO boxes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

How can I return or exchange a product ordered on Littlefashiongallery.com?

You can of course return all products ordered on Littlefashiongallery.com within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. All clothing and cartboard furniture are now available. To order SIRCH toys, we will need another 6 days. Returns are FREE for all EU countries. For non EU countries, return charges should be paid by the customer. We invite you to send an e-mail to return@littlefashiongallery.com indicating your invoice number, the details of the products you want to return and if you wish the reason for this return. Once you have obtained the RAN, you will be asked to call UPS on the number listed on your return form to arrange for the collection of the products. FAQ MOZZEE – NEST CHAIR

Is NEST® height adjustable?

No. NEST is however designed to fit a standard height table (730mm).

What materials is NEST® made of?

The tray and seat are made of UV Stabilized polyethylene and the base is made of heavy duty powder coated steel

Is the tray removable?

Yes the tray is removable to facilitate easy cleaning. Just be careful not to submerge the tray in water or place it in a dishwasher. We recommend the tray is used for children up to 2 years of age. Once your child is ready to join the biggies at the table you can very easily change NEST® Dine to NEST® Boost. All that is required is to remove the attachment knobs and replace them with the coins that come with NEST®.
The tray is not designed to restrain the child in the NEST® so it is imperative that the child always secured by the 5 point harness that comes with the NEST®.

Does NEST® meet current safety standards?

NEST® is compliant with the international standard for high chairs ISO 9221 and Nest boost (booster configuration) also complies with the US safety standard F404. Moreover, Nest has been awarded a Design Mark by Standards Australia as an example of safe, practical and innovative design.

What is the best way of keeping clean NEST®?

Mozzee recommends you wipe the NEST® seat and tray after each use with a moist cloth. This is especially advisable if your child has eaten foods that have high colour content (for example ketchup or tomato sauce). If you wish you can periodically use some none abrasive cleaners. The base can be wiped down in the same way. Under no circumstances should any part of NEST® be placed in a dishwasher.

From what age can my child use NEST®?

We recommend NEST® is used only by children who are able to sit upright unassisted. This can vary from child to child but it will usually be from around the age of 6 months. Once your child is too grown up for a high chair, just turn NEST® Boost into Nester. It takes just moments and Nester is a super cool low chair that your child will just love. It will suit your child until the age of 6.

Until what age can my child use NEST®?

NEST® is designed to fit your child at various stages of its development. The tray comes with the NEST® for baby feeding for children up to 2 years. After that your child will probably be ready to join you at the family dining table. Once your child is too grown up for a high chair, just turn NEST® Boost into Nester. How long will it take me to assemble the NEST®

NEST® can be set up with just 7 screws. An allen key is supplied with NEST®. It will take approximately 10 minutes to unpack and assemble your NEST®. Do make sure you leave all parts and packaging materials out of the reach of children.

What are the overall dimensions of the bed?

The dimensions of this natural birch bed are: L100 x 157 x 40cm. A little chest can be added to the bed and its dimensions are: 100 x 50 x 40cm.

How is it best to look after the birch bed over the years?

To stop the wood from becoming dirty and yellowing, the wood has been waxed. To remove any marks on the wood, all you need do is clean it with Marseille soap at a high temperature (between 50 and 60° maximum) and then re-wax it with a natural, uncoloured beeswax.

How are the products delivered?

Nonjetable furniture is delivered on pallets within 6 to 8 weeks. The packaging is ecological and reduces any risk of breakage during delivery.

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Nonjetable furniture is made by hand and to order. Manufacture starts as soon as your order is confirmed on our site. The Nonjetable company is committed to producing a unique object for your child, whilst also respecting the environment.

Is the assembly of the bed included in the delivery?

The bed is delivered to you on a pallet, and the assembly (which is very simple and quick) is not included. However, you can contact service@littlefashiongallery.com to request an estimate for assembling the bed.

How do you transform the bed from the baby size to the junior size?

All you need do is juxtapose the bench at the foot of the bed in order to obtain a sleeping area of 100 x 200cm. The futon mattress extension of 90x50x12 cm can be added to the main futon mattress of 90x150x12cm on the chest situated at the foot of the bed.

What is the material of the futon mattress (that comes as an option with the expanding bed?)

The stuffing of the futon mattress, which is made by hand in France, is 100% natural cotton, and its cover is in 100% cotton fabric.

How is it different from a normal mattress?

It’s an ecological mattress with known benefits for the child, it’s good for the back, and is an ideal alternative type of bedding. Manufactured in natural material, it lets the skin breath freely.

How do you look after the futon mattress?

It’s easy to look after, as all you need to do is turn it over and air it once a month, or leave it for a few hours in the sun during the summer. It’s advisable to protect it with a cotton mattress protector or to buy washable covers.

What other use can the futon mattress extension have?

The 90x50x12cm extension can be used as a cushion on the bench as a separate element. It’s therefore recommended to buy the mattress extension, as it’s practical in lots of ways.

From what age is the bed suitable for children?

The French standard recommends the use of a bed with bars for children up to the age of 4 years. However, for parents who want to put their child in a ‘big bed’ earlier, this bed is suitable for a child from the age of 2 years because of the extra panel at the side of the bed head, which prevents the child from falling and also remains completely adaptable. For example, if you put your child’s bed against one of the walls of his room, and you put the adaptable panel on the other side, this creates a secure place for him. The bed is therefore suitable for a child from the age of 2 to 8 years.
