1936. A revolutionary sports shoe, offering comfort and ventilation, appeared on the feet of tennis players. With the upper made from cotton and the sole vulcanized, a myth was born. In 1952, the design was even further improved with 4 little ventilation holes, that are the shoes’ special feature. From being the top pre-war tennis shoe, the Springcourt became an avant-garde fashion shoe, moving as fast onto new fashion territories as it did on the clay courts: always ahead of the game.
