In a world that's already full of so many useless objects, the Finnish designer Meri Von Renteln decided to create a conceptual brand of children's furniture that is based on a lifestyle philosophy: consume less and buy good quality products.

Hide-and-seek Desk

This large desk in birch plywood that has been oiled has a very useful crevice on which to place pencil pots, to conceal computer cables or to put CDs or DVDs. The two sections of shelves lift up, which makes a big storage space for books, exercise books, pencil cases etc … The four feet of the desk are in solid birch. Strong and cleverly designed, it's suitable for children from the age of 7 up to adolescence and even older! Its simple design means that it will look good in all kinds of offices and rooms, whatever the style of decoration.
