How can I return an item ordered on LITTLEFASHIONGALLERY.COM ?
Returns are free in France and in the United Kingdom.
You can return any products ordered on LITTLEFASHIONGALLERY.COM within a legal period of 14 days beginning at the reception of the parcel. Items have to be in their original shape and original packaging.

If your order was shipped in the UK, your return is pre-payed and therefore free. We invite to use your pre-paid UPS label printed and included with your order, and to contact UPS at this number 08457877877 for collecting your return.
In order to track your package, we ask you to kindly note and keep the tracking number of your return label
For the rest of Europe and rest of the world, the returns costs should be paid by the customers. If your parcel happened to get lost, LITTLEFASHIONGALLERY.COM will not be responsible for it and will not be able to proceed to the refund of the products included in the parcel.

Can I make an exchange?
LITTLEFASHIONGALLERY.COM does not accept exchange. However, it is possible to return your product and get your money back. You will be able to make another order on our website.
What are the items that can be returned ?
Every products of the website can be returned. Items have to be intact, in a perfect state of resale, in their original packaging. They shouldn't have been neither worn nor used or damaged. They have to be perfectly clean. Every damaged or incomplete item will not be refunded or exchanged.
You can choose to only return one product of an entire order.
What is the deadline for returning my items ?
You have a legal right of 14 days as from the reception of the order to return every item ordered on LITTLEFASHIONGALLERY.COM.
What happens at the reception of the returned items ?
As soon as we get your return, we will then proceed the refunding (in the 30 next days) or will provide you with a credite note.
What are the different means of refunding ?
You will get a refund of the same mean of payment chosen for the initial purchase ie: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal.
We will make our best efforts to refund the value of the products you have returned within the shortest leadtime possible, which will not in any case exceed thirty (30) working days from reception of the returned items.
